I was in excruciating pain and our pastor held my hand to pray for me, as soon as he said "in Jesus name", my phone buzzed and it was the Uber I had booked to take me to the hospital. My pastor immediately discharged my husband and I so we can be late but when I settled in the Uber, I realized that the pain was gone. Completely gone. It was as if nothing was wrong with me before. We went straight home and it's been 4 years, there's no pain of any kind. This experience made me soak myself in the knowledge of the word so that I too could be endued with power to heal the sick. Praise God.

📅 19 July 2026December 2016. It was past midnight. I was asleep but my siblings were awake in the sitting room. Earlier that day, I remember the delivery guy has brought the new speaker I ordered. The next thing I know is that some guys were in the room asking me to stand up. They were armed robbers. I did stand up and they bundled me and my siblings and locked us in a room. Except our last born who was not even up to 12 years then. They packed our mobile phones, iPads, laptops and put it in a bag. They jumped the fence and left or so we thought. We tried to open the door because our last born was still in another room. These guys came back with more aggression, pointing the gun at my younger brother and threatening to shoot him. I fell to my knees begging. Asking them to shoot me instead and leave him. It was a miracle. They didn’t shoot. They left again, this time, for real. By this time, our last born woke up and came to unlock the door. He had no clue what had happened. It was as if he was invisible to the robbers.

Yes. When sharing a testimony, you can choose to display your full name, first name, initials or remain anonymous.
Yes. You can browse and filter Christian testimonies by themes such as family, health, healing, career, finances, relationships, pregnancy, protection, travel, immigration and more.
Yes. If your church has registered on Only Be God, you can select it when submitting your testimony. Your testimony can then appear both on the wider platform and in your church’s testimony space.
Yes. Churches can create a dedicated profile, view testimonies associated with their church, filter their testimony archive and use Presentation Mode to display testimonies during services.
No. Individuals can read and share testimonies for free.
“It can only be God” is a phrase used when something happens that people recognise as God’s doing. Only Be God exists to create a place where people can share and celebrate those moments of God’s faithfulness.
You can read a handful of recent testimonies without an account. Creating a free account unlocks the full testimonies board, with filtering by theme, church and country, sorting, and search.
It's added to your Praying For list on your profile. When that prayer is answered, tick the box next to it and you'll be taken straight into sharing your own testimony, linked back to the story that inspired it — you can see that chain on both testimonies.
Yes. Open the testimony from My Testimonies (or its own page) and you'll find Edit and Delete options if you're the one who shared it.
Choose "Other" and tell us what you'd call it — you can also tap "Suggest a theme" and we'll recommend a fit (or a new theme name) based on what you've written. We review these suggestions for the official theme list.
Open the testimony and tap "Report" near the reactions, or visit the Report a Testimony page directly. Our team reviews every report.
